Out of the Drama Triangle

In my previous post about the Art of Conflict and Collaboration, I described the Drama Triangle and the different roles people can take during the dialog. In addition, I mentioned that people can move between the three different roles (persecutor, rescuer and victim) during the dialog. SOFTEC2012 – The Art of Conflict and Collaboration

The first tutorial I attended at SOFTEC2012 is “The Art of Conflict and Collaboration” by Mette Bruhn-Pedersen and Brian Robinson. The tutorial was really interesting and so beneficial to me.

The main lesson I learned from the tutorial was the Drama Triangle. This triangle helps to learn your own and other other party’s behavior during a conflict. (more…)

Why Testers Miss A Bug

In my previous post, I mentioned about the case were testers are blamed due to missing a bug. However, just throwing the blame on testers without looking thoroughly at the reasons and causes behind missing those bugs is totally not fair. Sure there will be some cases where some constrains affecting testing team which result in missing bugs.
